NXT Champions being called up to the Main Roster before losing their NXT-title?
Well it seems to me that WWE is calling up the NXT champion to the main roster before he even loses his title at NXT. I know that there has only been two NXT champions (the first ever NXT champion Seth Rollins and Big E Lanston who is the current NXT champion) but I think they should have to lose their titles before they are being called up to the main roster.
Here is why:
I will start off with Seth Rollins.
So Rollins debut at Survivor Series with the group now known as The Shield. They were billed as three guys who couldn't be beaten. In the mean time Rollins had to lose the NXT championship in the middle of his big push with the Shield which I guess doesn't really matter to people that doesn't watch NXT. But for people like me that indeed follows NXT it doesn't really make sense to push a guy like Langston who is going to be beat on another show by someone who isn't even on the main roster yet. Yes Both Langston and Rollins has lost matches on NXT during their big pushed on the main-roster.
My point in this article is that I think that the current NXT champion should lose the championship before they call him up to the main roster. Especially if they are getting a big push like Langston and Rollins did, because in that way they don't have to lose any credibility in the middle of a big push. Because it doesn't feel like a real push if the superstar still has to compete on the developmental-roster when he is being pushed on the main-roster.
